Ready-to-Ship clones are already cut and rooted. They ship promptly after you order. Cut-to-Order clones get cut after your order lands. The vendor has up to three weeks to cut, root, and ship. You'll get status updates and tracking once the order moves.
Clones ship within the United States by USPS Priority / Second Day or UPS Next Day (see Shipping & Policies). Clones don't ship outside the U.S. An adult signature (21+) is required on delivery because of current regulations.
Vendors make sure clones leave their hands free of visible pests, mold, and disease. If a clone arrives damaged, dead, or clearly unhealthy, contact IWC within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the plants and the packaging. IWC reviews each claim under the claims process.
