Shipping Methods
- Next Day Air: We ship most orders via next day air to ensure your clones arrive quickly and in optimal condition. If weather is a factor, we will wait to ship until conditions are favorable to ensure the health and safety of your clones.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order within the continental United States.
Packaging
- Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and discretion.
- Secure Packaging: We use secure, tamper-proof packaging to protect your clones during transit.
Delivery Times
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these delivery times, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online.
Shipping Restrictions
- Legal Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase and delivery of cannabis clones comply with all local, state, and federal laws. We do not ship to states where cannabis clones are illegal.
- Delivery Locations: We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged package and contents. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns and Replacements
- 3-Day No BS Replacement Policy: We offer a straightforward 3-day replacement policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 3 days to initiate the replacement process.
- Replacement Process: To request a replacement, fill out the form on our website or use the QR code included with your order to access our quick and easy replacement policy. Once the form is submitted and reviewed, you will need to pay a $25 reship and handling fee. Upon receipt of the fee, we will promptly reship your replacements.
