Shipping live plants is a specialized job, and these are the
questions growers ask me most before they order. Every answer below
reflects how we actually ship, pack, and stand behind our clones. In 16
years of moving genetics I have learned that the honest shipping answer
beats the flattering one every time.
We ship nationwide to all 50 states where receiving cannabis clones
is legal. Delivery is to U.S. addresses only, and it is your
responsibility to confirm that clones are legal to receive in your state
before you order. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or
internationally.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped
overnight via next day air. We ship most orders within 5 days of the
order, and the overnight transit window is typically 12 to 18 hours in
most U.S. markets so your clones spend the least possible time in the
box.
Clones ship overnight via next day air because they are perishable
live plant material that cannot survive multi-day ground transit. They
travel as freshly rooted cuttings in pre-moistened plugs or rockwool
cubes, secured in divided trays that keep stems upright, surrounded by
moisture-retaining material that holds roughly 70% to 80% humidity
inside the box.
Yes, all orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The outer box is
discreet corrugated cardboard with no cannabis branding and no product
names on the outside, and we use secure, tamper-proof packaging to
protect your clones in transit.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $19.98, and shipping is free on all
orders of two or more clones. Once your order ships you will receive a
tracking number by email so you can follow the package to your door.
Open the box promptly and inspect every clone before it goes near
your grow space. Slight wilting after 12 to 24 hours in a dark box is
normal and usually recovers within a few hours under a humidity dome
with a light misting; check roots, stems, and leaf undersides for real
problems like rot, mushy stems, or pests.
Contact us within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp with your order
number and clear photos. Photograph the box, the packing, and each
affected clone before you touch anything, then start our clone replacement request. We
back every order with a 3-day arrival guarantee and resolve valid claims
with replacement clones or store credit.
Yes, if weather is a factor we wait to ship until conditions are
favorable. During extreme heat or cold we may contact you to move your
order to the next shipping window, because a package baking on a hot
tarmac or freezing in transit is the fastest way to lose healthy plants.
That hold protects your order, it does not shortchange it.
The Clone Cartel clones are cut to order and run roughly a 3-week
lead time before they ship. Those premium verified cuts are rooted
specifically for your order, so plan for that window; our ACC clones, by
contrast, ship freshly rooted and move out much faster.
