Reship Policy
If you are unhappy with your order within the 3-day guarantee period, we offer a reship option. Here’s how it works:
- Use the QR Code or Visit Our Website: Access the reship form by scanning the QR code included in your order or by visiting our website and clicking on the Reship Form link.
- Complete the Reship Form: Fill out the form with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and upload 3-5 photos that clearly show the situation.
- Approval and Fee: Once your reship application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with a link to pay the shipping and handling fee of $20.
- Reshipment: After the fee has been paid, we will promptly reship your clone and send you the tracking number so you can follow your new clone’s journey to your garden.
