Before You Order
All questionsReady-to-Ship clones are already cut and rooted. They ship promptly after you order. Cut-to-Order clones get cut after your order lands. The vendor has up to three weeks to cut, root, and ship. You'll get status updates and tracking once the order moves.
Clones ship via priority express within the United States to all 50 states. Each one goes out in a humidity-controlled container. We don't ship outside the U.S. An adult signature (21+) is required on delivery because of current regulations.
Current rules require an adult signature on live plant shipments of this type. The carrier fee gets passed through at cost — we don't mark it up.
We require vendors to follow strict testing and packing standards. If a clone shows up damaged or clearly unhealthy, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll review it and make it right according to the claims process.
