Orders ship Sunday through Wednesday. Thursday shipping is only available for next-day service. We don't ship Friday or Saturday as standard practice so packages don't sit over the weekend. We do reserve the right to ship on weekends when it's necessary.

The platform keeps visibility on the tracking number and sends it to you once the order ships.
An adult signature (21+) is required on every delivery because of current regulations. Any carrier-imposed signature fee is passed through at cost.
If a clone arrives damaged, dead, or clearly unhealthy, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the plants and the packaging. We'll review it and, when the claim is valid, issue a replacement or refund. Vendors guarantee that clones leave their hands free of visible pests, mold, and disease, and true to the listed genetics. We handle first-line claims, so you deal with us, not the vendor.
