Vendor Requirements

What has to be in place before your listings go live on Certified Cannabis Genetics.

HLVd mother-stock testing

Every mother plant behind a listing must clear our HLVd chain-of-custody protocol before anything goes live. Listing untested or failed material is grounds for immediate suspension.

  • We supply the tests — vendors never buy their own for platform clearance
  • One mother, one unique test ID. No pooling of different mothers
  • Photo evidence is sent before the samples come back to us
  • A listing goes live only after written clearance from CCG

Shipping windows

Ship Sunday through Wednesday using the labels we provide. Thursday is permitted only for next-day service. We reserve the right to ship on weekends when it is operationally necessary.

Packaging standards

We supply the 1-pack and 4-pack clone containers, outer boxes, and pre-printed shipping labels. In return we ask for consistency on every package.

  • Use only the supplied containers and boxes
  • Pack clones so they stay upright, humid, and protected from temperature extremes in transit
  • Apply the provided shipping label exactly as instructed
  • Include the hemp compliance reminder on every package

Cut-to-Order communication

On every Cut-to-Order, send a short status update in Week 1 and again in Week 2 confirming the cuts have been taken and are progressing. Missing updates can lead to order cancellation or removal from the Cut-to-Order program.

Product quality

Clones must be free of visible pests, mold, and disease at the time of packing, and true to the listed genetics. We handle first-line customer claims. Verified failures traced to vendor packing, genetics, or plant health may be charged back or result in listings being pulled.

Business basics

Vendors operate as independent contractors and stay responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licences, mother plants, labour, and compliance with the law where they grow and ship. Legal name, address, tax details, and payout information are collected at onboarding.

The full commercial terms live in the Vendor Onboarding Package, which we send once we receive your application.
