What we collect

We collect account details (name, email, password), order and billing information (shipping and billing addresses, order history), your age attestation (21+), site usage data (cookies, analytics, IP address, device information), and any communications you send to our support team. If you apply to sell on IWC, we additionally collect vendor application data: business registration documents, government-issued ID, applicable licenses, and plant-health testing documentation.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders and payments, coordinate shipping, verify vendors, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and — with your consent — send you marketing emails about new drops and marketplace updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment data

Card and electronic payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. IWC does not store full card numbers on our servers.

Who we share it with

Vendors receive only the information needed to fulfill your order. Service providers — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, hosting, and analytics — process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of IWC, our users, or others.

Retention

Order records are kept as required for tax and legal purposes. Account data is retained until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. Vendor compliance documents are retained for the duration of the vendor relationship plus any legally required retention period.

Age

This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 21, we will delete it.
