1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility — 21+

You must be at least 21 years old (or a registered patient where applicable under your state’s law) to use this site or purchase products. By placing an order, you attest that you are 21 or older.

3. Legal compliance is your responsibility

Cannabis laws vary by state and locality. You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, and cultivating cannabis clones is lawful where you live. IWC does not ship where prohibited and reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including for legal or compliance risk.

4. Marketplace role

I Want Clones is a marketplace platform. Products are listed and grown by independent verified vendors, not by IWC. IWC coordinates payment, vendor verification, and shipping standards, and provides the buyer-protection program described at Buyer Protection. Vendor verification is a diligence process, not a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Orders and payment

All sales are processed through IWC checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may cancel and refund any order for suspected fraud, legal risk, pricing or listing errors, or inventory unavailability.

6. Live plants

Clones are perishable live goods. Our replacement remedy is the 3-day live-arrival guarantee described at Buyer Protection; it is the exclusive remedy for arrival issues. After the 3-day window, plant outcomes depend on your care, environment, and cultivation practices, for which IWC and its vendors are not responsible.

7. Vendor terms

Vendors are additionally bound by the Vendor Agreement, the published Vendor Requirements, and the payout terms at Payout Information. IWC may suspend or remove vendors for compliance or performance failures at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use this site to violate any law; purchase for resale to minors; misrepresent your identity, age, or licensing; scrape or harvest data; interfere with or disrupt the platform; or circumvent IWC checkout to transact directly with vendors for listings found on this site.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product listing formats belong to IWC or its licensors. Strain names and breeder marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genetics, not to imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, IWC’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. IWC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or crop outcomes.
