Payout Information

When vendors get paid, how much, and what can be held back.

Two compensation models

The model is agreed in writing at onboarding, or per listing, and recorded in your vendor dashboard. Either can be adjusted with 30 days' written notice, and both are subject to the same payout rules and claim deductions.

  • Percentage model: You keep 60%, platform takes 40%.
  • Flat-rate model: $25 per clone + $50 shipping contribution per order.
  • Bi-monthly payouts on shipped orders only.

Payment collection

All customer payments are collected by the Certified Cannabis Genetics website. Vendors never invoice the customer directly.

Payout schedule

Payouts run twice a month and only cover orders that have actually shipped. When an order becomes eligible depends on how it was fulfilled.

  • Ready-to-Ship: eligible once the customer confirms receipt, or 3 days after the delivery scan with no open claim
  • Cut-to-Order: eligible once the carrier accepts the package — the first tracking scan

Deductions

We may withhold or deduct for verified customer refunds attributable to the vendor, chargebacks, shipping cost true-ups, or material breaches of the vendor agreement.

Reporting

Every payout arrives with a statement listing the order numbers, product totals, commission, shipping split, and the net amount due. The same figures are visible in your vendor dashboard.

Fees

No listing fees and no monthly subscription at launch. Any change comes with notice.
