Full credit to Humboldt Seed Company on this one. Their team crossed
Humboldt Frost OG into their Humboldt Gelato Bx3 line specifically to
fix the thing every grower complains about with Gelato: gorgeous flower,
miserable plant. The Frost OG side brings strong stalks, hybrid vigor,
and a fuel undertone. The Gelato Bx3 side brings the dense,
trichome-caked buds and that dessert-case sweetness. HSC leaned the
final selection 65% indica and pushed hard on THC production. If you
have run their gear before, you know they breed for growers, not just
for menus. Vanilla Frosting is that philosophy in one plant.
The high leads with a warm, giggly lift and settles into a heavy,
relaxing body. Leafly users most often report relaxation, euphoria, and
a serious appetite. It is not a knockout couch strain at reasonable
doses, more of an evening cruiser: comes on smooth, keeps the mood
light, then eases you down. I would keep it for after the day’s work is
done. At the top end of its potency range it will absolutely put
inexperienced smokers in a blanket, so pace matters.
Myrcene, pinene, and caryophyllene lead the terpene profile on

handles both indoor and outdoor, and the sturdy branching means minimal
staking even when the colas load up.
